South Texas Youth Congress

relating to establishing a pilot program to employ a life skills counselor at public high school campuses in certain counties.

(In Life Skills 3.0 proposal the term Advisor is used instead of Counselor).

Since 2014 STYC members have been working to bring high speed broadband schools with fiber optic connection to their schools.
